Pre-inspection

Pre-spray & Pre-spot

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

Pre-grooming/Agitation

This is a very important step in our cleaning process. What does agitation mean? Well, we use a machine that brushes the solution into the carpet fibres, loosening all the dirt and nasties and breaking them down so they are ready for the next step.

Hot water Extraction & Rinse

Now here is where the Magic happens We use one of the best carpet cleaning machines on the market. Our machine uses powerful pressure and hot water to extract the dirt and grime and sanitise a carpet at the same time, leaving them perfect clean and fresh

Fast Drying

In some places, such as cinemas, offices that open 7 days a week and at the any customer's request, we use special turbo dryers and air movers so that the carpet is drying much faster and will be ready for use.
