Pre-grooming/Agitation
This is a very important step in our cleaning process. What does agitation mean? We use a machine that brushes the solution into the rug fibres, loosening all the dirt and nasties and breaking them down so they are ready for the next step

Now here is where the Magic happens again. We use one of the best rug cleaning machines on the market. Our machine uses powerful pressure and hot water to extract the dirt and grime and sanitise a rug at the same time, leaving him perfect clean and fresh
